Anji Parker - director
Anji has worked in a range of social care services for almost 30 years. For seven years until September 2017 she worked as one of Her Majesty's Inspectors with Ofsted.
In this role she led and undertook inspections under a variety of frameworks and has been involved in developing new frameworks to move forward into 2018. She also managed the thematic inspection programme for five years, producing 16 well-received reports across the full range of children’s social care topics, including the influential ‘Joining the Dots...’ about effective leadership within children's services. Other reports have led to important improvements across the sector, such as the introduction of the statutory need for a virtual school headteacher.
Anji is passionate about ensuring that children and families receive good quality services from the multi-agency groups that support them, and that families are able to understand the concerns of professionals and are well-supported to effect change. For this reason she is keen to improve the standard of planning across multi-agency support networks.
